CSA Training Services (CSA) began in 1990 and is renowned as an innovative,
vibrant, multi faceted professional organisation. CSA is a Registered
Training Organisation and is your “one stop shop” for all
training and human resource needs. CSA has memberships with all the relevant
training bodies such as, Australian Institute of Training Development
(AITD), Vocational Educational Training Accreditation Board (VETAB), Industry
Training Authority Boards (ITAB’s) plus many others.
CSA’s head office is located in Parramatta, and has
three additional training locations in southwestern Sydney. CSA designs
and delivers training throughout Australia utilising either CSA staff
or trainer/contractors suitable to meet the training requirements of our
clients. CSA has also been involved in the design and delivery of training
programs in Asia.

CSA also provides training solutions for clients who wish
to outsource their training requirements. For example this allows organisations
to concentrate on their business while CSA looks after the training requirements
of that business.
CSA’s brokerage service provides trainers and consultants
for clients’ specific requirements. All CSA’s trainers and
consultants are available on a contract basis and are managed by CSA.
Trainers and consultants are interviewed, assessed and aptitude tested
to ensure they have the correct abilities for training, design and delivery.
CSA’s personal development program ensures training personnel and
consultants are continually updating their skills, thus ensuring the provision
of up to date facilitation for students taking part in training programs.
CSA ensures all trainers are qualified and our training
programs comply with the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
CSA has sustained positive growth during the last thirteen
years. This is due in part to its culture and team spirit that continues
to ensure quality service to meet clients’ needs.
CSA is also a provider of Language, Literacy and Numeracy
training under contract to the Department of Education Science and Training
in NSW, which also includes Advanced English Language training. CSA also
provides similar courses for corporate clients to assist employees with
Language, Literacy and Numeracy skills.
CSA is also currently providing VETAB accredited training
on behalf of The Department of Education (State) which includes English
Language, Information Technology and Security Programs.
CSA is Master Licence Holder in the Security Industry and
delivers Security Training from Certificate I to Diploma Level. There
have been many changes in the Security Industry during 2005 and this will
see the introduction of specific training for new entrants into the Security
Industry. All new entrants will be required to undertake the first training
program Certificate I in Security Operations (Pre-Licence) before entering
the Security Industry and further training. CSA in 2006 will be offering
this training on a regular basis as well RPL and other Security Training.
